Commencing with a light guided meditation to calm the mind and open the heart space, you will lay immersed in the powerfully and lovingly intended sounds of pure crystal singing bowls followed by distance Reiki (energy) healing.

Sound Healing has the power to seamlessly calm our brainwaves into a deep Theta (meditative state) to release the monkey mind and balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, slowing us down and giving our total system a chance to truly feel calm.

Sound has been used for millennia for healing purposes and used as a meditation tool; for deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved immune system & energy levels, lessening inflammatory disorders, improving resilience against pain and enhancing self-esteem and self-acceptance/ love!

Sound healing works on the belief that the human body is not solid, rather a composite of vibrations and energy- affected by the various frequencies of Sound – through resonance our bodies are able to be retuned and reharmonized into homeostasis or health.
