Stress and Anxiety Workshop with Jacqui

As a qualified holistic counsellor and a yoga teacher for over a decade, Jacqui is well placed to take you on a journey to learn ways to reduce the effects of stress on our minds, bodies and hearts.
Learn ways to bring our nervous system back into balance and find new techniques to increase our health and wellbeing and sense of contentment and ease.
The day will include yoga, meditation, mantra, discussion, journelling and more. you can expect to walk away with some new tools to help you deal with everyday stress and anxiety.
