Join us our next awesome Arm Balancing and Inversions Masterclass with Maitha!
Learn to fly and flip your perspective on and off the yoga mat! We’ll explore drills and techniques to help us with our arm balances and inversions. Starting with a dynamic warm up, we will then focus on a variety of challenge asanas (with a myth or two thrown in). These poses help challenge, strengthen and focus us physically and mentally whilst offering the opportunity for growth in our yoga practise. All levels are welcome as there will be options for everyone!
