Go within to nurture, restorative and feel at peace.
Join us each month from 10.30am-12.30pm on a Sunday morning for a specialised Intensive 2hour practise featuring an aspect of powerful asana blended with theory, pranayama, meditation and finding our bliss through Yoga and you’ll be invited to say for tea and chat after the session!
Bookings are required and masterclasses cost $30. Some prior experience is essential these sessions, our masterclasses are not suitable for those brand new to yoga or those with injuries.
