Our special Yoga for Kids and Yoga for Tweens & Teens provide fun and engaging yoga classes that offers tools of learning, health and growth for body and mind. Through yoga, our younger yogis can develop greater health, fitness, resilience and self-confidence.

Yoga can provide tools that help students manage stress, learn self-discipline and emotional regulation, increase focus and develop a happy, positive attitude and greater resilience.

As well as our regular Kids AND TweenTeen Yoga classes at the studio, we also offer YOGA in Schools as well as at child care centres, private family classes and for special events like Kids Birthday parties, as well as community and festival events.

Drop ins are welcome during the Kids and Tween & Teen Yoga Terms or you can register online via our class timetable. Term dates listed above and pre-booking is not essential.
