Shayne is a handstand practitioner, eternal student of life, teacher and mumma of two. She began her personal yoga practice over 12 years ago. Shayne was initially attracted to the physical practice of yoga, asana, but she became drawn to the mental and emotional benefits of yoga after experiencing the transformative effects of yoga for herself in her own life. Through this discovery, she became motivated to dive deeper into her yoga practice and completed her 250HR Yoga Teacher Training with Simon Kerle at Raw Power Yoga in Brisbane. Ever since, Shayne has been inspired and passionate about empowering and uplifting others through the beauty, joy and benefits of yoga. Shayne specialises in breath focused vinyasa, power yoga, pranayama and meditation. She loves getting upside down and enjoys sharing and exploring that love, playfulness and freedom to try anything with her students.
