YOGA WELLNESS WORKSHOP for stress & anxiety

Join us for our next specialised Yoga Wellness Workshop for Stress Management held within a supportive and nurturing environment. Explore therapeutic yogic practices and tools for greater stress management and to help counter the effects of stress on our body and mind.

Learn about and experience yogic philosophy and strategies to help support anxiety and reduce the impact it can have on our lives and help us feel better!

*This session is facilitated by Jacqui Sellers who is an experienced yoga teacher, counselor and trained in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. A passionate teacher and educator for over 16 Years (Yoga Alliance GOLD) dedicated to helping others use yoga for healing and to connect to more joy and wellness in their lives.
