Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Workshop

Join Jacqui for our Yoga Wellness Workshop to help you connect to some new ways of managing stress and anxiety through powerful yogic tools and philosophy.

This workshop will also incorporate some Cognitive Behavioural Therapy underpinnings, restorative yoga and time for self-reflection and introspection to help us understand better how we look at stress and anxiety in our lives and how new awareness and tools can help us be more resilient, centred and vibrant.
