2020 has been one for the record books. Lives have been fundamentally changed with some of us still riding waves of discomfort, kicking hard to stay afloat.
In this 2 hour Soundscape & Restorative Yin Yoga hosted by Sarah Cochrane and Katie Jameson, you’re invited to drop tensions at the door, unravel the knots, and let your mind, body and heart return home to ease. Gift yourself this time to surrender, purge and release the things that have been obstructing you from feeling anything less than free. We invite you instead to float upon waves of sound, resonant with balance and ease.
Sarah will guide you through a balanced, safe, deeply experiential, restorative yin practice gently inviting your whole being to unravel from tension and return to a deeper sense of Self. The practice will be capped off with a long blissful Savasana. All postures are fully supported with props and maintained for up to 5 mins at a time. Long holds, slow releases and gentle movement will support you to unfold, resolve and recalibrate.
The healing energy of a beautiful soundscape, provided by Katie, will accompany this practice massaging your being with gentle, nourishing frequencies and vibrations to calm your brainwaves into a meditative state, balance the left and right hemispheres of your brain and slow you down for a total system reset.
Sound has been used for millennia for healing purposes. It is used for meditation, to provide deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved immune system, enhancing self-esteem, acceptance and self-love! By way of high-frequency crystal sound bowls, rain sticks, chimes and voice, these loving vibrations will truly ‘retune’ and harmonise your entire Being!
Honour your Self and be supported as we all journey Home.
