This workshop with Darius Wright of KTS Wholistic Fitness is about getting on your hands and exploring Inversions & Hand Balancing. Learn effective techniques to build a solid base in a free standing handstand while building strength, balance and stability. You will build trust in your self and have the tools and ability to evolve your own personal practice after this workshop. We will be learning several variations of Inversions, how to hold a free standing handstand and also if some are ready, even work on the one arm handstand.
You will be learning everything it takes to be better at Inversions & handstands while getting your own handstand program to help after class at home.
This workshop is open to all levels from beginners just wanting to learn, to advanced students really wanting to take their training to the next level.
