Join Marian Cavanagh for a delicious two hour Super Restorative practice. Marian trained with Judith Lasater in restorative yoga, and is a certified Relax and Renew Trainer. This wonderful session will leave you with a profound sense of calm and wellbeing. Soothing to the body, mind and heart and all levels are welcome with no previous yoga experience necessary. A gentle yoga session to help us harness more balance and wellbeing from within.
