Marian trained with Judith Lasater in Restorative Yoga, and is a certified Relax and Renew Trainer. This wonderful peaceful session will leave you with a profound sense of calm and wellbeing.
Restorative yoga is deeply nourishing, slow and rejuvenating. We will luxuriate over props and emerge renewed! Especially suitable for people feeling stressed or overwhelmed, that need the time and space to relax and renew.
Marian specialises in long-hold, well-propped restorative poses in quiet spaces. She has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and has specialised in restorative yoga for the past 6 years. Marian has run hundreds of workshops in this time, and has taught well over 1000 restorative students. Trained by Judith Hanson Lasater, she is a certified Relax and Renew Trainer. She is deeply passionate about sharing this nourishing and inspiring practice with you.
All levels are welcome with no previous yoga experience necessary for this therapeutic and restful extended session to help us harness more balance, peace and wellbeing from within.
