Join Marian Cavanagh for a delicious two hour Restorative Yoga practice. Marian trained with Judith Lasater in Restorative Yoga and is a certified Relax and Renew Trainer.
This wonderful session will leave you with a profound sense of calm and wellbeing by helping stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, relax the body and calm the mind…A beautiful and supported practise of nourishing and self-care.
