Join Marian Cavanagh for a delicious monthly two hour restorative practice. Marian trained with Judith Lasater in Restorative yoga and is a certified Relax and Renew Trainer. This wonderful session will leave you with a profound sense of calm and wellbeing.
Bookings are essential as classes are limited to 14 students. Please bring a soft hand towel for your face to rest on, a warm shawl and an extra jumper. If you are pregnant, have any injuries or high blood pressure, please let us know in advance. As the weather gets cooler, please bring 2 similar sized soft cushions, 2 blankets (one to put on top of your mat, and one to put over you to keep you warm. All the other props will be provided.
