FAMILY YOGA – move, uplift, connect

Enjoy a fun and interactive yoga class with your little ones and connect with your family through yoga. In a supportive environment we will practise yoga movements for strength and flexibility, guided meditation and relaxation as well as connecting with special mindfulness and yoga games.

Parents and children from ages of 4 welcome and no yoga experience required.

$30 for a family of 2 then $10 for each additional family member
