Details and Structure of our Course:
A confidential and supportive group course to help promote and support nurturing, education, inspiration and transformative personal development.
Each weekly session will include a different pranayama (breath practise), mantra and meditation. A weekly topic will be discussed and examined and group sharing and collective discussion facilitated.
Facilitated by Counsellor and Yoga teacher Jacqui Sellers
$95 Course Investment or $20 per session
Please note that attendance to all 6 sessions is not compulsory although encouraged for your benefit.
