January 20th – February 24th $20 per session/$70 block
This is confidential and supportive group course to help promote and support nurturing, education, inspiration and transformative personal development.
Each weekly session will include a different breath practise, mantra and meditation. A weekly topic will be discussed and examined and group sharing and collective discussion facilitated.
