We are so excited to welcome back Faye from Sunflower Reiki for our next CHAKRA SOUNDBATH and divine experience for body, mind and spirit. 

What is a Sound Bath?

Shift and cleanse stagnant energy through Sound Healing and re-connect to your own healthy natural rhythms. Soothing your nervous system and calming your mind this Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl Vibrational Sound Bath will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, aligned & replenished.

How sound vibration works

The human body is made up of frequencies (or vibrations) that form a harmonic & balanced whole when a person is healthy. On a cellular level these vibrations can become out of sync or blocked which can be experienced as physical, mental or emotional stress, feeling out of alignment or a general feeling of disconnection that can be exacerbated by habits, behaviours, environment etc. Vibratory sound energies break up these blockages and interferences, releasing the energy and allowing it to flow freely and return the body to its own healthy harmonic resonance.

What to expect at this Sound Bath Event

In a group setting, rest deeply & comfortably while lying in soft lighting as you are guided and bathed for at least 40 minutes with the angelic & ethereal sounds of Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls specifically tuned to the 7 main chakras. Each bowl emits a powerful & pure resonant sound heard by the ear and felt by the body in a safe & supporting space for self-healing, self-care, self-love and self-discovery of your mind, body & soul. As a Reiki practitioner Faye also invites Reiki energy into her sessions.

In essence, the Sound Bath is like a sonic massage, a vibrational tune up & a meditation session rolled into one and is suitable for everyone. You will find that the effects will deepen with ongoing sessions as you allow yourself further experiences and journeying, each time being different.

   ☆ Yoga mat, blankets, cushions, eye pillow etc. for lying down/ comfort – or we have props available to use at our studio 

   ☆ Water bottle

What to Avoid:

   ☆ Strong perfume

   ☆ Artificial stimulants – caffeine, alcohol, drugs etc.

   ☆ Please leave shoes at the door of the studio and ensure that mobile phones are switched off.

   ☆ No late admittance will be accepted after the start time. Please come 10 mins early so you have time to relax into the space.

   ☆ The Sound Bath will be recorded so that participants have access to experience it again through Sunflower Reiki Brisbane social media sites. Identities will not be clearly visible or shared. Please let Faye know if you do not give permission or consent. Thank you.
