Join us for a special twighlight XMAS Vinyasa Chant Fusion class and mini-kirtan to celebrate with our yoga community.
Our Vinyasa Fusion is a unique blend of a led Vinyasa Yoga Flow to the beautiful sounds of live mantra music from our resident studio band, Lakshmi Sounds. This wonderful session combines the benefits of vinyasa with the yoga of sound and healing mantra, to take you on a fluid journey and inwards to the SELF…No experience is necessary and this practise is suitable for all levels.
We have been offering our signature Vinyasa Fusion classes for many years at Brisbane YogaSpace and these special classes give you a chance to delve deeper into your own practice. Flow to live music by our resident Kirtan band, Lakshmi Sounds while Maitha and Jacqui will lead you through a different sequence for each music track and then you will be able to flow through at your own pace. A wonderful meditative and uplifting way to practice!
