Through restoring digestive health along with other warming, nurturing and nourishing Ayurvedic routines you will receive all the help you need to get, and stay, healthy.
In this three hour workshop join Emma D’Souza as she shares this Ayurvedic wisdom. Explore your dosha, learn how to incorporate Ayurvedic cooking and eating, make True Chai – a decoction of spices to aid digestion and immunity, learn abhyanga (self-massage) and mantras for healing mind and body.
$45 including Ayurvedic lunch and take-home chai mix.
