This Masterclass will focus on the six movements of the spine: Neutral, Axial Extension and Flexion, Lateral Extension and Flexion, Axial Rotation.
A strong but sweet vinyasa flow, seated poses, reclining poses and a guided Chakra meditation to set you up for a blissful Savasana.
