Running for 6 consecutive weeks we will look at yoga from a classical yoga foundations of Patanjalis Yoga Sutras. Setting the foundations of yogic philosophy, we will explore key yoga postures (asana) as well as breath Practises (pranayama), mindfulness and meditation (dharana and dhyana) techniques and more.
Be supported and inspired with a holistic introduction to yoga or enlightening YOGA refresher course to help you get more for YOU whether you want to develop a home practice or deepen your ongoing learning and how yoga can benefit body, mind, heart and spirit.
