Yoga for stress

Yoga tools for stress management include yoga breathing, mindfulness, dharana (yoga concentration of the mind) and regulating the body through yoga postures for strength, flexibility and mobility. Each time we get on our mat we have a powerful yoga tool box we can use though yoga postures, pranayama, meditation, reflection and integration. Yoga can help us to breathe into discomfort and challenged and transmute this energy into a positive intention through our practise. Yoga is an active practise and helps us have resilience and empower harmony within body mind and sprit.
